Storytime: my obsession with butter started from a young age. I believe it’s down to the fact that my family is a butter-in-the-fridge family so if I wanted the bread to remain intact I would carefully have to place slices of butter (like cheese) onto it.

Everyone knows that Kerrygold reigns supreme in the butter world and that’s universally felt but while living in Vancouver I couldn’t get it anywhere near me. So my Da froze a block of Kerrygold butter and froze a loaf of Irish soda bread and posted it to me in a shoe box. It arrived perfectly spreadable (genius). 

Charity

I support various charitable initiatives as part of my commitment to making a positive impact. As a monthly Patreon donor to 'Let’s Help Direct Provision,' I contribute regularly to support their cause. Additionally, the proceeds from my merchandise sales since December 2023 are directed towards Women’s Aid and The GOAL Gaza appeal.

Furthermore, I recently hosted a Charity Gala event, which successfully raised crucial funds for the Denis Burkitt Ward in St James’s Hospital.

Annually, I contribute to causes addressing Mental Health, Homelessness, Women’s Education, and supporting individuals displaced by conflict.
